Does have a showroom ?
ANSWER: No, all are done online!

Where is located ?
ANSWER: BBHypermart is operated from home. We do not have a retails or showroom.

How do I shop at ?
ANSWER: For now, you can only shop online and we deliver your order. Self-collect or purchase via showroom / retails in not available at the moment.

Can I send email / sms to order and then bank in the money to ?
ANSWER: Yes, you can. However, it is subject to stock and delivery charges as well.

Does offer Cash on Delivery (COD) or Self-Collect ?
ANSWER: No. All deliveries are via courier and as menitoned before that does not owned a showroom or retail shop.

What type of payment is available ?
ANSWER: offers customers payment via credit card (Visa  and Master) and Direct Bank Transfer / Interbank Giro (IBG).

How long normally will the order be processed ?
ANSWER: Orders will be processes once the order is completed and paid. 

Do I need to informed if I pay via Band Transfer / IBG ?
ANSWER: Yes. Please informed us via email to payment[a]bbhypermart[dot]com.

How fast can I get my order ?
ANSWER: You shall receive your order within 5 workings days. Most of the time, it is faster that this.

Is there any Delivery / Shipping charges for online purchase ?
ANSWER: Yes, subject to delivery destination and weight of the product purchase. 

What type of delivery service is using ?
ANSWER: uses courier company for order delivery. This is subject to delivery destination.

Is there any SAME DAY delivery service available ?

Are all products comes with warranty ?
ANSWER: Selected items are subject to warranty. All warranty are base of discretion of the manufacturer / importer / principal.

How can i claim my warranty ?
ANSWER: For those with warranty card, you need to refer to the respective importer / manufacturer with their contact stated on the warranty card. For those without warranty card, you can refer to us for details.

Can I cancel my order ?
ANSWER: All orders made online cannot be cancel at all! Please ensure that your order is final when you make the purchase!

How do I know the status of my order ?
ANSWER: ALl correspondence are via EMAIL only. Please check your email frequestly as your order status will be update via email or you can also login to your account for status.

How to know what type of brands that carries ?
ANSWER: Easy, at the product categories, click at ALL BRANDS! All the brands will appear and you can click at the selected brands to look at the products carrier by on that particular brand.

How to search for product I want without going through many pages ?
ANSWER: Just type in the keyword you want to search at the top right hand side of our website.

Can I exchange or return the product when the goods arrived at my door broken or damage ?
ANSWER: Yes. Please send us an email with attachment (photos) to admin[a]bbhypermart[dot]com. All damage items are for exchange only. Not refund.

How long should I notify BBHypermart for broken / damage items ?
ANSWER: Immediately! 

Can I exchange for products that I purchase ?
ANSWER: All exchange can be done with original packaging and not used! However, a 20% re-stocking fee will apply. Customer is to send back the item on their own and need to pay for another delivery fee for exchanged items.

In what conditions the item cannot be exchanged ?
ANSWER: No proper packaging, washed, dirt mark on it, or used! All return or exchanges are base on check of the item by

Can I reserved a product or an order ?
Yes, with 30% deposit and / or full payment. Without any of these, your order / product will not be reserved.
